Because each student's physical fitness and learning ability are different, the teaching method naturally cannot be fixed. For young students, I will add some popular sports concepts during teaching; as for older students, I will pay more attention to the accuracy of movements and the smooth rhythm. Taking Xiao Li and Grandma Zhang as examples, Xiao Li has a strong ability to accept learning, so I will appropriately improve the difficulty of training; while Grandma Zhang's movements are slow, I will patiently guide her repeatedly to help her adjust her movements and postures.

Body and mind balance

What Tai Chi pursues is to achieve a balance between the body and mind, and this balance between Tai Chi Online is the harmony of life. Whenever I witness the students' small progress, my heart is filled with joy. I remember one time, on my birthday, the students carefully planned a small surprise for me. At that moment, I deeply felt that all the hard work was worth it.
